Shipping & Delivery
We usually ship orders within 3-4 working days of the order getting confirmed. Our working days are Mon-Sat. It may take longer to ship your order during busy periods like sales or festivals. In such cases, we will keep you informed via e-mail. Please allow 10-12 days for your order to be delivered once it is dispatched. Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.
We don't accept Returns for the simple fact that the items are fragile and likely to break if not packed properly the way we pack them for safe transit. Incase of any damage during transit, we will refund the amount of that item or send a free replacement, if we have the same piece in stock. Please allow 4-5 working days for the refund or replacement to be processed. In order to make a claim, please e-mail us within 48 hours of receiving the product with images & videos of the damaged product while unpacking, which are clear. If more than one product is damaged, please send us individual images & videos as well as combined images of the products highlighting the damaged part. Also, please attach your invoice in the same e-mail. Any intrinsic features like tiny air bubbles, slight streaking or spots of the glaze, slight smudge, tiny bumps or glaze missing in small spots are common in ceramics. No refund or replacement will be provided in such cases. In wooden products, there may be some wooden knots or colour striation which are a natural phenomena and not a defect. All our products are handmade by artisans, hence please keep that in mind before raising a concern. Also, slight variations in colour are possible from what you see on the screen.
